  • We recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are confirmed to secure your preferred set-up date and time. Thursdays and Fridays between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM tend to fill up at least 3 months in advance. However, we can usually accommodate bookings up to 1 week in advance.

  • We offer a variety of themes to pick from, Nashville inspired. Once you book your package, you’ll be sent a decoration catalog to select your theme. Custom themes are also available for a slight upcharge. Just be sure to select the custom package!

  • Yes! We love celebrations of all kinds. We have decorated for divorce parties, engagements, Taylor Swift release parties, bridal showers, and even baby showers. Please reach out to bachboozy@gmail.com to inquire about a custom package for your special event.

  • We offer custom packages for special occasions (ex: divorce parties, bridal showers, and baby showers.) We do not offer custom bachelorette packages. For consistency, we offer four bachelorette packages, which range in price and size to fit everyone’s budget. We also have a variety of add-ons to spice up any package.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate packages shipped to us.

  • No one needs to be present while the decorating team is at the house. Simply, send us the door code and/or access information we will let ourselves in!

  • Absolutely! We love decorating hotel rooms. We recommend the mini or large package for a standard hotel room.

  • Each package varies in length. We’ve estimated each package will take the following amount of time:

    Mini - 1 hour or less

    Large - 1.5 hours or less

    XL - 2 hours or less

    Lux - 2.5 hours or less

    Birthday - 1.5 hours or less

  • We are unable to enter the home before the approved check-in time. Please book your decoration package at or after the approved check-in time. If your host later approves an early check-in, we are usually able to change the start time so long as it is available. The best way to guarantee an early check-in is by renting the house the night before your arrival. We also recommend scheduling an activity or happy hour to distract the bride-to-be. We also do not mind if you all need to be in the house while we set up!

  • While we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, we can not guarantee we’ll have the availability. We accept multiple reservations per day and often work on a tight timeline. Please reach out as soon as your early check-in is approved, and our team will check availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate the time changes! The best way to secure early check-in is to book the unit the night before.

  • You may cancel your service up to 30 days before your scheduled service date for a 50% refund of the total amount due for the decoration package. If paid in full at the time of your booking, you will receive a 50% refund if canceled 30 days before your service date. Deposits for services are non-refundable. If you put a 50% deposit down at the time of booking to reserve your decoration package, and wish to cancel at any point, you forfeit the deposit. Cancellations 29 days or less before the service date will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. Booking is not confirmed until either a full payment or 50% deposit is made. When booking a decoration package with Bach & Boozy you have the option to pay for the service in full or put a 50% deposit down. If paid in full at the time of booking, no other payment is needed for the service and items listed in the booked decoration package. When putting a 50% deposit down at the time of booking, the remaining 50% payment for the service is due 2 weeks before the service date. If the remaining portion of the deposit is not paid by 12:00 AM CST (14) days before the service date, your reservation for the decoration package will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Client is responsible for manually paying their remainder by invoice in the client portal. Bach & Boozy will not automatically charge the card on file.  “Add-ons” are available after purchase of the decoration package. Additional items requested by Client, must be paid for in full prior to the service date.

  • Our standard theme option lets you select from one of our preselected themes. We have over 20 to pick from, however no customizations can be made to the colors and phrases used. With the custom option, you can pick your own colors and phrases. We'll work with you to design your perfect theme.

  • We provide complimentary decoration clean-up for our Large Decoration Package, XL Decoration Package, Lux Decoration Package, and Birthday Package. Our clean-up crew is available Sunday - Monday from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM. We will return on your check out date sometime between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM to take down our decorations and collect rental equipment.

    For our balloon garland packages, bride suite package, and our mini decoration package, we do not provide complimentary clean up, but it can be purchased and scheduled within the time frame listed above.
